Hearts of Joy is a beloved special education center dedicated to nurturing and empowering children with special needs. Our mission is to provide comprehensive education, rehabilitation, and guidance, fostering not only their academic growth but also their emotional, social, and spiritual growth within a God-centered framework.
We strive to inspire these remarkable children to bloom and fl ourish, enabling them to embrace their unique abilities and experience the joy of who they are in God‛s eyes. We are committed to creating a warm and inclusive environment where every child can thrive, making it a place where their potential knows no bounds.
Our Vision
We believe every child is a unique and cherished creation of God. Our goal is for our students to feel the love of God through us as a ministry in the different ways we work, live, and learn with them.
We want to provide the children with a loving environment, social skills, and education so they can achieve the best possible outcomes for themselves in their lives, just as God intended for them, and overcome all limitations.
Academics
Our school offers a comprehensive curriculum for special needs children that caters to the individual needs and strengths of each student, ranging from one-on-one classes, basic mathematics, literacy, Bible study for their spiritual growth, social development, and sign language.
We also focus on their understanding of society, socializing, and reducing stigma within individuals and communities. Our goal is to help each child achieve independence and provide a loving, supportive environment where they can thrive.
Co-curricular
We recognize the significance of creativity in nurturing each child‛s development. Our school fosters sports, swimming, art, and music, guiding students to explore their passions and talents while glorifying God through their gifts. We allow the children to try out different activities such as pottery.
Therapy Sessions
Our therapy programs are an integral part of our curriculum, designed to support and empower each child to reach their full potential. This includes: • Occupational therapy • Physical therapy • Speech therapy • Alatau massage therapy. Therapists work hand in hand with teachers as one team.
